Planning a birthday party, girl’s night out, sorority party, whatever the occasion have it at Chocolate! Our spa offers maximum value and service options plus they allow you and your guests the opportunity to experience a broad array of spa treatments within a comfortable, friendly and relaxed environment.
We require a minimum of 6 guests, including the host/hostess. The maximum of 10 children/ adults can attend a spa party. Four weeks advance notice is required for spa parties due to scheduling purposes. However we will happily try to accommodate your spa party on shorter notice if availability permits.
CONTRACT & DEPOSIT
We require a Signed Contract, and a $200 Deposit (not refundable) deposit. Deposit must be paid prior to spa party confirmation. Deposit is Refundable if Spa Party Cancelled Up-to 14 days prior to Spa Party Date. (THE CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED FULL AMOUNT OF SERVICE/S IF A GUEST DOES NOT SHOW OR CANCELS AFTER 14 DAYS FROM THE EVENT DATE, AND IF YOU DO NOT REACH PROMISED AMOUNT TO SALON AND CARD WILL BE CHARGED TO COVER PAYING THE DIFFERENCE IN PRICING. )
Spa Party on Sunday (all day)= $200 Nonrefundable Deposit. Must be paid at least 3 weeks in advance.
AMOUNT SPENT & GRATUITIES
We require a minimum of $75 (regular priced services/ excluding all spa packages and specials) spent on services per person. A 20% gratuity is added to the total cost of the regular price service(s).
Our Spa Technicians reserve the right to refuse treatment if any of the following apply: severe medical condition, broken skin or lesion which was not mentioned at time of reservation. Due to time constraints & special spa party accommodations monthly, daily and/or special spa packages, promotions, combos, vouchers, gift certificates or coupons are excluded for use at spa parties. DECORATIONS & FOOD
You are allowed to decorate the salon however you would like.
Since we strive to provide such personal service to our clients, no-shows, tardiness and cancellations impact us significantly; therefore we have a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations for an entire spa party must be made 14 days prior to the reserved date in order to receive a full Deposit refund otherwise refund will be forfeited. No refunds/credits will be issued for any individual guest cancellations or no-shows, guest treatment downgrades or treatment cancellations.
