Going to the spa was a great experience. My daughter gave me a treat for my 50th birthday. Mariola was great! The massage room was nice and cozy. Will be going back and referring family and friends.
You have to park around the corner from the spa. Side street parking only.The atmosphere was relaxing. Music was great! The receptionist Daniella (May have spelled it wrong) was AMAZING! Her customer service was on point. She was very friendly. Offered hot chocolate, water or tea. Thought there was an alcoholic beverage on the website, but was not offered.My massage tech Candy was great as well. Very good with her hands. Massage room was a great temperature. Music was claiming, besides random commercials. Only disappointment with my massage was she did not massage my hands and feet.When booking groups massages there was not a place that I seen everyone could all hang together. There was also not enough staffing to have my best friend and I massages at the same time. I had to wait an hour for her to get done for my turn. Make sure you bring something to do to occupy your time.
The hair stylist Laura, does an excellent job. She has been cutting, styling my hair for the last 5 years. I’ve gotten numerous compliments throughout the years. I will only let Laura cut my hair, always been very happy with EVERY cut
This place is straight awesome! Everyone is super friendly and inviting. The new owners are doing absolutely amazing job managing the salon and are constantly improving. Went in there yesterday for my vajacial treatment and loved it.Prices are reasonable!Will definitely be back soon for more !Highly recommend!
I had a great experience this afternoon. I received a gift certificate for services at Chocolate and finally took advantage of it. Tola was my esthetician and she was great. Not too chatty, knowledgeable and great customer service. Franny at the front desk was super too. Looking forward to my next appointment.
